Full Board Includes
Accommodation in our chalets and luxury en-suite tents. Three meals a day. Bottled water, tea & coffee, soft drinks, beers and local wines.

Half Board Includes
Accommodation in our chalets and luxury en-suite tents. Two meals a day (Breakfast and Dinner). Bottled water, tea & coffee, soft drinks, beers and local wines.

Exclusive Use of Camp Includes
Accommodation in our chalets and luxury en suite tents (max 12 Pax). Three meals a day. Activities (bush walks & game drives & hunting packages). Bottled water, tea & coffee, soft drinks, beers and local wines.

Rates Excludes
All drinks & meals not mentioned, transfers, additional activities not mentioned & tips.
For any extra bills during your stay – this is payable at the lodge and can be paid in South African Rand or card. Please note there will be a fee on all cards of 3.5%.

Single Supplement
A 25% single supplement applies to all accommodations.

Children Policy
Timbila Game Lodge welcomes children aged 12 and over. Children aged 12 and over pay the full adult rate.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check in time is 13:00 pm and check out time is 11am.

Road Transfers
Transfers can be booked through our reservations office in conjunction with a stay at Timbila Game Lodge.
